The network is seen by the public as the front end of the Air New Zealand brand and had to reflect the corporate nature of the industry, reinforcing the service aspects but concurrently had to perform in the retail market alongside the various high street travel agencies.
ellerymuirassociates created a slick front end with sinuous service counters and rear-illuminated imagery of stunning travel destinations. The consultants were housed in behind the library area where the customers could be directed with the minimum of disruption..
Overall an effective solution to a double-edged brief.
