A warehouse in Ponsonby was converted into a showroom/office for Maxwell Rodgers Fabrics. The space was bisected by the office/reception module with the showroom in behind and stockroom at the back.
Dramatic uplighting was used to bring the roof structure to life throughout the warehouse when required.
The entrance to the space was through a large, highly finished stainless steel pivot door that contrasted with the pared down light industrial feel to the main area.
